On Monday morning of March 3, 2025, at Kampot Diamond hotel, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority and Spouse presided over the 114th International Women’s Day Celebration of March 8, 2025, under the theme “Rights, Equality and Empowerment for All Women and Girls.” The ceremony was attended by Vice-Chairs, Secretary General, Chief of Staff, Deputy Secretaries-General, Directors of the Departments, Deputy Directors of Departments, Directors of the Offices, Deputy Directors of Offices, all officials and contracted officials of the National AIDS Authority.
The agenda of the program are as follows:
– Summary report of the Gender Working Group and the Status of Women of the National AIDS Authority in 2024 and the Workplan in 2025 by Mr. Huot Sereyrath, Director of the Department and Member of the Gender Working Group of the National AIDS Authority.
– Remarks and reading of the Royal Message of Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, Mother of the Khmer Nation in Freedom, Dignity and Happiness, congratulating on the 114th International Women’s Day of March 8, by H.E. Sim Khengkham, Vice-Chair of the National AIDS Authority and Chair of the Gender Working Group of the National AIDS Authority.

After the remarks, the Senior Minister gave a flower basket to his spouse and a bouquet of flowers and presents to all female top management and officials of the National AIDS Authority.
