On the morning of Wednesday February 18, 2026, His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, chair of the National AIDS Authority and Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group In Boseth District, presited over a public forum to promote, monitor, and support the implementation of the first phase of the Pentagon’s political and strategic program at Pur Mreal pagoda, Pur Mreal Commune, Boseth District.
Participants in the ceremony were deputy governor Chea Vichek, Madam Chim Somneang, member of the provincial council and head of the Royal Government Working Group in Pur Mreal commune, representatives of the three types of armed forces, provincial administrative units, district councils, district governing bodies, district administration offices, the three types of armed forces under the district administration, and citizens of 18 villages, 5 people per village.
The program was conducted according to the following agenda:
1- Announcement of the event, announcement of the participants, salute to the national flag and salute to the memories of the military heroes.
2- Remarks by His Excellency the Senior Minister, Chairman of the Royal Government Working Group in Boseth District.
3- Report and results of the work of the State of Por Maral Commune.
4- Citizens’ participation forum.
5- Responses from the forum.
6- Report on the results, express gratitude and respect for the national flag to close the program.
