On the morning of Thursday February 12, 2026, His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority, presided over the award ceremony for the second edition of the Dictation Competition, which ranked first, second and third among 52 candidates. The ceremony was attended by all NAA leadership and management.
