On Thursday afternoon, February 5, 2026, at the Tonle Bassac 2 meeting room in Phnom Penh, His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, chair of the National AIDS Authority, chaired a meeting on the announcement of the promotion of condom use and the response to HIV in Cambodia with the media. The meeting was attended by management executive  of the National AIDS Authority, the Representative  of the Ministry of Health, the Deputy Director of the Department of Academic Health of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Regional Director of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation for Asia,Dr. Chhlm sarath the Executive Director of KHANA, and approximately 50 journalists.
