On Friday morning February 20, 2026, His Excellency Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chairman of the National AIDS Authority, chaired a leadership meeting on the implementation of the National Policy for Ending AIDS and the Sustainability of HIV program for 2023-2028. The meeting was attended by Vice chairs secretary general and official of the NAA The meeting was held according to the following agenda:

1. Opening remarks by His Excellency the Senior Minister and
2. Indicators of the implementation of the National Policy for Ending AIDS and the Sustainability of the AIDS Program for 2023-2028 to achieve by all ministries, institution national capital and province by Dr Chhim Khin Dareth secretary general
3. Results of the HIV and AIDS response in 2025 and action plan for 2026 by His Excellency Dr. Tea Phala.
