On Monday morning of March 3, 2025, at Kampot Diamond hotel, Senior Minister Ieng Mouly, Chair of the National AIDS Authority presided over the opening ceremony of the 2025 National AIDS Authority Retreat. The retreat was attended by Ms. Muy Viroath, Deputy Governor and Chairperson of Kampot Provincial AIDS Committee, representing the Governor of Kampot Provincial Administration, Vice-Chairs, Secretary General, Chief of Staff, Deputy Secretaries-General, Directors of the Departments, Deputy Directors of Departments, Directors of the Offices, Deputy Directors of Offices, all officials and contracted officials of the National AIDS Authority.
The agenda of this two-day retreat (March 3-4) includes discussions and presentations on:
- Dynamics of Stakeholder System by H.E. Dr. Tia Phalla, Vice-Chair in charge of Technical Issues of the National AIDS Authority.
- Comprehensive and Effective Prevention, Treatment, Care and Support through Good Coordination and Using Multi-sectoral Participatory Approaches Group, led and presented by H.E. Dr. Chhim Khindareth, Secretary General of the National AIDS Authority.
- Social Protection Groups, led and presented by H.E. Dr. Ros Seilavath, Vice-Chair of the National AIDS Authority.
- Sub-national HIV Response Strengthening Group, led and presented by H.E. Dr. Tia Phala.
- Response Support Group, led and presented by H.E. Asso. Prof. Sreng Heng, Deputy Secretary-General of the National AIDS Authority.
